You may see cheaper prices advertised however we concentrate on Quality rather than Quantity and have been serving the North West Community since
June 2008.
We maintained our independance from HIP providers and panels and concentrated entirely on EPC's so you can be sure of a quality service!
Look out for those hidden extras and don't be fooled by cheap advertised prices, as with everything in life you generally find that you get what you pay for.
Please do not confuse EPC-NW with later service offerings and always ensure that the Assessors provide their Accredditation Details, here are mine;

Watch out for meaningless client quotations from "Jack", "Jill" and "Bill", if full contact details are also not provided! Check credentials online if you want the true picture.
Always agree the price up-front and ask if any additional charges apply. Anyone attending your property during the survey must be an accredited DEA and security cleared - always ask to see their ID cards on arrival.
The purpose of the Energy Performance Certificate
The certificate details the current efficiency rating of the home being surveyed in terms of an Energy Performance Rating and an Environmental Impact Rating. Both ratings are measured on a scale from A to G with A being the highest attainable rating and G the lowest attainable rating.
The certificate produced will contain recommendations based upon the results of a survey carried out on the property that will outline the potential for improvement in energy efficiency. A number of recommendations will be made detailing how this can be achieved.
The completed certificate will be lodged in the Landmark database and will be made accessible to the person who commissioned the survey. Grants are available to encourage the take up of these recomendations and the ratings detailed in the certificate may soon determine the level of grants that can be obtained.
The requirement for the certificate is a result of European Legislation (EU Directive 2002/91/EC), subsequently incorporated into the Housing Act 2004. See our links section for full details.
